The DEFENCE MINISTER in consultation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and international cooperation Minister of Interior Minister of economy and finance and ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT MINISTER Saw art. 2, paragraph 3, of Act July 9, 1990, n. 185, as amended and supplemented, which provides that the list of materials of registration, to include in the categories referred to in paragraph 2 of the same article. 2, it is also identified with reference to defence-related products in annex to Directive 2009/43/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, as amended; Having regard to Council directive of December 12, 2014 2014/108/EU, amending Directive 2009/43/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the list of defence-related products; Since the cited art. 2, paragraph 3, of law No. 185 of 1990, prescribes also that identifying new categories and update the list of weapons materials, where necessitated by Community provisions, are arranged by order of the Minister of defence, in consultation with the Ministers of Foreign Affairs and international cooperation, the Interior, economy and finance, and economic development; Having regard to the ministerial decrees dated September 23, 1991, October 28, 1993, 1 September 1995, June 13, 2003, April 11, 2012, June 26, 2013 and May 7, 2014, with whom were passed earlier versions of the lists of weapons materials; Noted the need to approve a new list of materials of registration in order to comply with the provisions of that directive 2014/108/EU;
Decrees: Art. 1 1. It approved the new list of weapons materials to understand the categories listed in art. 2, paragraph 2, of law No 185 of 1990, annexed to this Decree. This Decree will be published in the official journal of the Italian Republic.
