The DIRECTOR GENERAL for the promotion of quality food and Agriculture of the horse sector having regard to Regulation (EU) No 1151/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of November 21, 2012 quality schemes for agricultural products and foodstuffs; Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) no 245/2002 of the Commission of February 8, 2002 by which it was entered in the register of protected designations of origin and protected geographical indications, the protected geographical indication "Asparago bianco di Cimadolmo"; Given that, it's been requested pursuant to art. 53 of Regulation (EU) No. 1151/2012 an amendment to the product specification of a protected geographical indication referred to above; Whereas, by Regulation (EU) no 291/2015 of February 19, 2015, it was accepted the review referred to in the preceding paragraph; Considered that there is a need to publish in the official journal of the Italian Republic production regulations at present in force, after the registration of the change request, the I.G.P. "Asparago bianco di Cimadolmo", so that the provisions contained in the said document are accessible for information erga omnes on the national territory;
Shall publish the attached product specification of the protected geographical indication "Asparago bianco di Cimadolmo", resulting in following the enactment of the Regulation (EU) no 291/2015 of February 19, 2015. Manufacturers wishing to place on the market the protected geographical indication "Asparago bianco di Cimadolmo", are required to comply with the annex production regulations and all the conditions required by the legislation in force.
