The DIRECTOR-GENERAL of rural development having regard to act November 25, 1971, n. 1096, regulating the seed activities and in particular articles 19 and 24 providing for the establishment, for each crop species, registers of varieties intended to permit identification of the variety; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Republic November 24, 1972 which were established the registries of cereal varieties, potato, oil and fibre species; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Republic October 8, 1973, # 1065, bearing the regulation implementing law November 25, 1971, # 1096; Having regard to the Legislative Decree March 30, 2001, # 165, laying down general rules on the sort of labour employed in public administration, in particular art. 4, paragraphs 1 and 2 and art. 16, paragraph 1; Having regard to the Legislative Decree July 30, 1999, n. 300, government organization reform in accordance with art. 11 March 15, 1997, law # 59; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers in February 27, 2013, # 105, published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica Italiana No 218 of September 17, 2013 on the organisational regulations of the Ministry of agricultural food and forestry policies; Having regard to the applications submitted for the purposes of registration of the variety in the national register; Given the results of the tests conducted to verify the varietal requirement provided by law # 1096/1971 and P.r.decree # 1065/1973; Having regard to the proposals for new names put forward by interested parties; Considered finished verification of proposed names as published on the Bulletin of the vegetable variety n. 5/2014 without adverse notices received from the use of such names; Held to welcome the proposals mentioned above;
