The GENERAL MANAGER for the consumer market, competition, supervision and technical standards having regard to the Decree of the President of the Republic December 7, 1995, # 581, bearing the regulation implementing Law No 580 December 28, 1993; Seen in particular art. 9, paragraph 5, article. 11, paragraph 1, article. 14, paragraph 1 and article. 18, paragraph 1, of the Decree of the President of the Republic No. 581 of 1995, providing for the approval of models for presentation to the commercial register and the register of economic and administrative News (REA) of applications for registration, filing or complaint on the part of the parties responsible; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of October 18, 2013, which were approved the new technical specifications for creating computer programs aimed at compiling questions and complaints to be submitted to the commercial register Office by electronic means or in electronic form; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of July 10, 2014, with whom there have been some changes to the aforementioned specifications; Having regard to the reports received by the Unioncamere about the need to make additional updates to the technical specifications, in order to adapt them to some changes in the meantime blown;
Decrees: Art. 1 1.
