August 2, 2002, 12 of Legislative Decree n. 220; Visto l'art. 2545-septiesdecies DC; Visto l'art. 1 law no 400/75 and art. 198 Royal Decree March 16, 1942, # 267; Having regard to the Decree of the Ministry of economic development on January 17, 2007 concerning the determination of the minimum amount of budget for the dissolution ex officio pursuant to art. 2545-septiesdecies DC; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers December 5, 2013, # 158, embodying the organisational regulations of the Ministry of economic development, for the responsibilities of supervision of cooperative; Having regard to the findings of the review conducted by the auditor appointed by the failure May 30, 2012 the Ministry of economic development and relating to cooperative society referenced below, which the reader is referred and which here are called; Having regard to the additional findings made by the Office in the register of companies, which confirmed the non-filing of financial statements for more than two consecutive years; Considered that the cooperative, following the communication under articles 7 and 8, law n. 241/1990 effected in date April 11, 2014 prot. # 0060402 did not produce any documentation certifying the student's regularisation of rim run; Taking into account that the institution is being under the conditions provided for by art. 2545-septiesdecies DC; Having regard to the opinion expressed by the Central Commission for cooperatives in September 28, 2011 date with regard to the adoption of measures of dissolution for Act of authority with appointment of liquidator in the cases of non-filing of financial statements for at least two years running; Withholding the opportunity to have the measure of dissolution for Act of authority pursuant to art. 2545-septiesdecies CC, with the simultaneous appointment of liquidator;
