The DIRECTOR-GENERAL of rural development having regard to act November 25, 1971, n. 1096, regulating the seed activities and in particular articles 19 and 24 providing for the establishment, for each crop species, registers of varieties intended to permit identification of the variety; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Republic November 24, 1972 which were established the registries of cereal varieties, potato, oil and fibre species; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Republic October 8, 1973, # 1065, bearing the regulation implementing law November 25, 1971, # 1096; Given the above mentioned registers, in which they were registered, in accordance with art. 19 of law No 1096/1971 the variety of agricultural species, whose names and registration are set out in decrees device; Having regard to the Legislative Decree March 30, 2001, # 165, laying down general rules on the sort of labour employed in public administration, in particular art. 4, paragraphs 1 and 2 and art. 16, paragraph 1; Having regard to the Legislative Decree July 30, 1999, n. 300, government organization reform in accordance with art. 11 March 15, 1997, law # 59; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers in February 27, 2013, # 105, published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica italiana No 218 of September 17, 2013 on the organisational regulations of the Ministry of agricultural food and forestry policies; See in particular art. 17, tenth paragraph of the aforementioned Decree of the President of the Republic No 1065/1973 laying down in ten years the duration of the validity of the registration of the variety in national registers and also a chance to renew itself for specified periods; See in particular art. 17-bis, paragraphs 4 and 5 of Decree of the President of the Republic No. 1065/1973, providing for the abolition of a variety whose validity has come to maturity and the possibility of a transitional period for certification, control and placing on the market of seed or seed potatoes which continues until 30 June of the third year following the expiration of registration; Membership renewal instances submitted views pursuant to art. 17, eleventh paragraph of the President's Decree # 1065/1973; Considered that for the variety indicated in articles 2 and 3 of the device were submitted applications for renewal of registration to the relevant national registers in accordance with art. 17, eleventh paragraph of the President's Decree # 1065/1973, and that the variety they are of particular interest in a general nature; Considered that for the variety indicated in art. 3 of the device has been called, by the persons concerned, the granting of the transitional period marketing envisaged by art. 17-bis, fifth paragraph, of the Decree of the President of the Republic # 1065/1973; Since the variety indicated in art. 1 the device satisfy the requirements under art. 17, tenth paragraph of the aforementioned Decree of the President of the Republic No. 1065/1973, and also noted the necessity to cancel the variety indicated in articles 2 and 3 of the device and planned, for the variety indicated in art. 3, a transitional period for certification, control and placing on the market of seed; Deemed it necessary to proceed in conformity;
