According to the provisions of art. 8 of the additional Protocol (# 2) to the headquarters agreement between the Government of the Republic of Italy and the European University Institute, with attachment, done in Rome on June 22, 2011, having the parties notified each other of having fulfilled all the formalities provided for in their respective jurisdictions, the said Protocol has entered into force on February 17, 2015.
The ratification it was authorised by law November 21, 2014, # 182, in the Official Journal No. 289 of December 13, 2014.
