Decrees: Mr. Goran Grbesic, Honorary Consul in Mostar (Bosnia and Herzegovina), in addition to fulfilling the General duties of defending national interests and citizens ' security, exercises consular functions limited to: a receive and send material to the Embassy of Italy) in Sarajevo of civil status documents received from local authorities, by Italian citizens or by national or foreign vessels or aircraft commanders;
b) receiving and transmitting material to the Embassy of Italy in Sarajevo of the acts depend on the opening of succession of Italian citizens or which can be called Italian citizens;
c) enactment of conservation acts which do not involve the disposition of assets of Italian citizens in matters of succession, shipwreck or sinister air, must inform promptly the Embassy of Italy in Sarajevo;
d) urgent activities before investigation in case of casualties or planes or accidents on board ships, recreational craft or domestic air, after having first approached case by case the Embassy of Italy in Sarajevo;
and receive and send to the Embassy of Italy) in Sarajevo of applications for inclusion in the electoral registry lists and Italy submitted by citizens who reside in the judicial district of honorary consular office;
f) receiving and transmitting material to the Embassy of Italy in Sarajevo, responsible for every decision, acts in the area of pensions;
g) delivery of certifications issued by the Embassy of Italy in Sarajevo;
h) receiving and transmitting material to the Embassy of Italy in Sarajevo of documentation related to the issue of passports of citizens who reside in the judicial district of honorary consular office;
the transmission and reception of the Embassy of Italy) in Sarajevo of documentation related to requests for release of the emergency travel document-ETD-presented by Italian citizens and citizens of EU Member States, after capturing the complaint of loss or theft of your passport or other travel document and after appropriate checks, provided for under art. 71 of the Decree of the President of the Republic December 28, 2000, n. 445, on the veracity of the affidavits referred to in articles 46 and 47 of the aforementioned Decree of the President of the Republic;
j) assistance to countrymen in need or in temporary difficulty and completion of investigative activities for the granting of subsidies or loans with promise of restitution to the Treasury by the Embassy of Italy in Sarajevo;
k) service of documents to Italian citizens resident in the constituency of the honorary office, giving communication of the outcome of the same to the competent Italian authorities and, for information, to the Embassy of Italy in Sarajevo;
l) held the register of citizens and the signatures of local authorities.
This Decree will be published in the official journal of the Italian Republic.
