It should be noted that, pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 4 of the implementing rules of the plan excerpt for the hydrogeological structure of basin of the Tagliamento River, by Decree 34 of June 18, 2014 secretarial approved # updating the perimeter relating to geological hazard falling in the municipality of Ligosullo (Udine).
Notice of this Decree will be published, edited in the regions concerned, on the official bulletins of the autonomous region Friuli Venezia Giulia and the Veneto region.
Copy of the decree is annexed with maps, secretarial filed, for the purposes of consultation, technical secretariat of the authority of the basin of the rivers Isonzo, Tagliamento, Livenza, Piave, Brenta-Bacchiglione, the Ministry of environment and protection of land and sea (Directorate General for the protection of land and water resources), the Veneto region (Department of soil and forests), the autonomous region of Friuli Venezia Giulia (Central Directorate for environment and energy) and the province of Udine.
