The DIRECTOR-GENERAL of rural development having regard to act November 25, 1971, # 1096, as amended and supplemented, regulating the seed activities and in particular articles 19 and 24 providing for the establishment, for each crop species, registers of varieties intended to permit identification of the variety; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Republic November 24, 1972, published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica italiana n. 44 of February 17, 1973, concerning the establishment of ' required Logs of variety '; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Republic October 8, 1973, # 1065, bearing the regulation implementing law November 25, 1971, # 1096; Having regard to the Legislative Decree July 30, 1999, n. "reform of the Government laying 300, according to art. 11 March 15, 1997, law n. 59 '; Having regard to the Legislative Decree March 30, 2001, # 165 on the «General rules about ordering Government employed labour ', and in particular art. 4, paragraphs 1 and 2 and art. 16, paragraph 1; Having regard to the Decree of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers of February 27, 2013, no 105 concerning the organisational regulations of the Ministry of agricultural food and forestry policies; Having regard to the order of the Minister of agricultural food and forestry policies of February 13, 2014, registered at the Court of Auditors concerning identification of executive offices of non-General level; Having regard to its Decree of April 11, 2012 with which it was entered in the register, pursuant to art. 19 of law No 1096/1971, field bean variety «Laura» indicated on the device, for which he was noted in his time the name of the person responsible for conservation in purity; Having regard to the request of the head of conservation in purity of variety indicated on the device in order to obtain the cancellation of the same variety from the national register; Considered that the variety for which it was requested cancellation is of particular interest in a general nature; Considered that there is no impediment to the inclusion of the proposals mentioned above;
Decrees: Article only under art. 17-bis, subparagraph (b)), of the Decree of the President of the Republic October 8, 1973, n. 1065, the below listed variety, registered in the national register of varieties of agricultural plant species with the Decree alongside indicated, it is removed from the register itself: species: field beans; SIAN code: 12555; variety: «Laura»; Registration Decree: Ministerial Decree of April 11, 2012; responsible for keeping in purity: «Agri Obtentions». This Decree will enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the official journal of the Italian Republic.
