The HEAD of the DEPARTMENT of policies competitive, quality food, horse races and fishing Seen Ministerial Decree August 9, 2012 # 18321, published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica italiana n. 227 of September 28, 2012, includes provisions for the computerized management of annual crop production, animal husbandry, aquaculture and organic imports and preparations for the computerized management of documentary evidence or the certificate of conformity and in particular art. 8, paragraph 6, which provides that the term of entry into force of the decree can be modified after consultation with the regions and autonomous provinces; Having regard to the departmental December 27, 2012 Decree n. 6561, published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica italiana n. 303 of December 31, 2012, containing transitional provisions to the Ministerial Decree dated 1 February 2012 # 2049 and in particular art. 2, paragraph 2, which differs the date of entry into force of the Ministerial Decree of August 9, 2012 # 18321 annual production programmes; Having regard to the departmental Decree of February 3, 2014 n. 7869, published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica italiana n. 35 of February 12, 2014, on the entry into force of the provisions concerning the computerized management of annual crop production, animal husbandry, aquaculture, organic imports and preparations and its mode of presentation; Having regard to the departmental Decree of October 9, 2014 n. 74792, published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica italiana n. 242 of October 17, 2014, the postponement of the deadline for sending in paper production plant and livestock program at 1 St February 2015, operators whose holding file has been set up in the regions and autonomous provinces that use the SIB; Having taken note of the requests, received from some regional Governments, for deferment of the deadline for submission of the annual programmes of the preparations, imports and aquaculture production as well as to extend the paper submission of annual crop production and animal husbandry for variations that follow the same presentation, due to technical problems relating to information systems; Given the need to come to a decision, after consultation with the regions and autonomous provinces of Trento and Bolzano;
Decrees: Article Only 1) On end of January 31, 2015, February 3, 2014 Decree # 7869, for submission to the annual preparations programs BB (PAP), imports (PAI) and aquaculture productions (Pope) is postponed until 1 October 2015; 2) the term of 1 St February 2015, October 9, 2014 Decree n. 74792, for presenting the annual crop production (PAPV) and animal husbandry (PAPZ) in paper mode it is also extended for variations after filing, to 1 October 2015. It is subject to the submission to BB such programme; 3) operators who presented the regional autonomous information systems computerized notification (Emilia Romagna, Lombardy, Marche, Piedmont, Apulia, Tuscany, Umbria, Veneto) apply, for the presentation of annual production, the provisions adopted by regional governments.
