Oggetto 1. This Decree sets out the arrangements for the discipline of the provisions and requirements of the lyric-symphonic foundations for the recognition of the right to establish special organizational forms. Defines and regulates also the contents and methods of implementing the special organizational forms contemplated by art. 11, paragraph 21-bis of Decree-Law No 91 August 8, 2013, converted, with amendments, by law No 112 October 7, 2013, hereinafter referred to as "Decree Law".
