The Director-General of health Saw the Royal Decree of January 9, 1927, n. 147, establishing a special regulation for the use of "poison gas" and subsequent amendments; Having regard to act December 23, 1978, # 833, bearing ' institution of the national health service "and subsequent amendments, in particular art. 7, paragraph 1, point c), which refer to regions, inter alia, the exercise of administrative functions relating to controls on the production, possession, trade in and use of toxic gases; Having regard to the Legislative Decree March 30, 2001, n. 165 on ' general rules on labour employed by Government order»; Visto l'art. 16 of the aforementioned decree establishing a ' General ' executive offices and officers ' Functions in particular paragraph 1, point d), according to which: "adopt the acts and administrative measures and exercise the powers of spending and revenue capture those coming under the jurisdiction of its offices except those delegated to managers '; Given the managerial Decree January 13, 2014, published in the Official Gazette of March 12, 2014, n. 59, last in the field concerning the General review of licences for the use of poison gas, issued or revised during the period 1 January to 31 December 2009; Considering that pursuant to the aforesaid Royal Decree of January 9, 1927, n. 147, the ' use, storage and preservation» of toxic gases are subject to obtaining the appropriate authorization issued by the competent authorities health authority; Considered that the use of toxic gases must be people of certified physical and moral fitness and recognised professionalism demonstrated by the licence referred to in articles 26 et seq, of the Royal Decree of January 9, 1927, n. 147, the release of which entails passing an examination organised in orals and practices, as envisaged in the mentioned Royal Decree; Given that the license is subject to periodic review every five years and can be revoked at any time when they are less the conditions of issue and expires if not renewed in due time in accordance with art. 35 of the said Royal Decree of January 9, 1927, # 147; Deemed necessary in the light of all the circumstances, having to proceed to the revision of licences issued or revised during the period 1 January-31 December 2010;
Decrees: Art. 1 1. Are you prepared the review of licences for the use of toxic gases released or revised during the period 1 January to 31 December 2010. This Decree will be submitted to the supervisory authorities to register and published in the official journal of the Italian Republic.
