The NATIONAL ANTI-CORRUPTION authorities having regard to act December 23, 2005, n. 266, and in particular art. 1, paragraph 65, which raises the operating costs of the authority for the supervision of public contracts charged to the market of competence, for the part not covered by funding from the State budget; Visto l'art. 1, paragraph 67, of law December 23, 2005, n. 266, which States that the authority for the supervision of public works, for the purpose of covering the costs relating to its operation, shall determine annually the amount of contributions due to it by the parties, public and private, subject to its supervision, as well as its method of collection; Having regard to the Legislative Decree of April 12, 2006, n. 163, and in particular art. 6, under which the authority for the supervision of public works assumed the new name of "authority for the supervision of public contracts for works, services and supplies"; Visto l'art. 8, paragraph 12, of the same legislative decree of April 12, 2006, # 163, which provides the authority for the supervision of public contracts for works, services and supplies secure new tasks without more and more burden to the State budget, in accordance with art. 1, paragraph 67, of law December 23, 2005, n. 266; Visto l'art. 1, paragraph 416 of the Act December 27, 2013, n. 147, which directed that must be attributed to the authority authority for the protection of personal data, for the years 2015 and 2016, 2014, and the Commission to guarantee the implementation of the law on the strike in essential public services, for the years 2014 and 2015, an annual 2 million respectively and 0.17 million euros of revenue referred to in article 1 , paragraph 67, of law December 23, 2005, n. 266; Visto l'art. 1, paragraph 414 of the Act December 27, 2013, n. 147, which provides for the restitution of the amounts transferred to the authority in the period 2010-2012 Market Antitrust pursuant to art. 2, paragraph 241, December 23, 2009, law n. 191 and, in particular, the return of €14.7 million, 10 years ' constant from 2015; Visto l'art. 13, paragraph 2, of legislative decree October 27, 2009, n. 150 establishing the Commission for evaluation, transparency and integrity in public administration; See article 1, paragraph 2, of the law November 6, 2012, n. 190, which stipulates that the Commission for evaluation, transparency and integrity in public administrations operate as national authority against corruption; Having regard to Decree-Law no August 31, 2013. 101, converted with amendments by law No 125 October 30, 2013, that art. 5, paragraph 3, provides that: "the Commission for evaluation, transparency and integrity in public administration renamed the national anti-corruption authorities and for the evaluation and transparency of public administration (A.N.AC.)"; Visto l'art. 19 of Decree-Law No 90, June 24, 2014 converted with amendments by law August 11, 2014, # 114, which placed the deletion of the authority for the supervision of public contracts for works, services and supplies and the transfer of the duties and functions to the national anti-corruption authorities and for the evaluation and transparency, renamed by the same national anti-corruption authority legislation (A.N.AC.); Visto l'art. 19, paragraph 6, of Decree-Law June 24, 2014, n. 90, convertito con modificazioni dalla legge August 11, 2014, # 114, which ordered that "the sums paid by way of payment of administrative penalties as per paragraph 5 lett. b), remain in the availability of the national anti-corruption authorities and can be used for its own institutional activities. "; Visto l'art. 19, paragraph 8, of the decree-law June 24, 2014, n. 90, convertito con modificazioni dalla legge August 11, 2014, # 114, which ordered that "the performance of the tasks referred to in paragraphs 2 and 5, the President of ANAC provides human resources, financial and capital market supervisory authorities suppressed public contracts for works, services and supplies"; Having regard to resolution No. 102 of June 26, 2014 which placed, pending the adoption of specific acts of organization by the authority in its composition, that the activities related to the tasks and functions of the A.N.A.C. transferred following cancellation of AVCP, are conducted separately from the activities of A. N.AC. in the field of anti-corruption and transparency as well as supplemented by Decree-Law No 90 June 24, 2014. Financial management, in particular with reference to activities related to the functions transferred to the abolition of AVCP is done separately from the activities related to the functions given on anticorruption and transparency, through the use of two separate budget documents approved by the year 2014; Having regard to the budget bill 2015-2017, pending, and, in particular, the estimates of expenditure of the Ministry of economy and finance from which it follows (section 2116) awarded in favour of the authority, the sum of €5,175,207 for the year 2015, of €5,087,255 for the year 2016 and €5,082,548 for the year 2017; Having regard to regulation for the Administration and accounting of suppressed authority for the supervision of public contracts for works, services and supplies, adopted at its meeting on 21-22 July 2010 (minutes # 20); Having regard to the regulation on the financial, administrative and financial corruption and national authority for evaluation and transparency of September 20, 2011; Having regard to the proposal for a budget 2015; Having regard to the report of the budget fiscal year 2015 and 2015-2017 budget; Having regard to the report drawn up by the Commission administrative regularity audit firms, which delivered a favourable opinion on the 2015 budget;
Resolution: Art. 1 it approved the budget for the financial year 2015 in the text annexed to this resolution which is an integral part.
