HEALTH MINISTER Seen August 17, 1999, Decree No. 368, 93/16/EEC directive, in relation to the free movement of doctors and mutual recognition of their diplomas, certificates and other evidence, as amended by Legislative Decree No 277 July 8, 2003, implementing Directive 2001/19/EC; Seen, in particular art. 25, paragraph 2, of the aforementioned legislative decree No. 368 of 1999, as amended, which stipulates that the regions and autonomous provinces emit each year, not later than 28 February, notices of competition for admission to the three-year course of specific training in general medical practice, in conformity with the fundamental principles laid down by the Ministry of health, for the unified discipline of the system; Having regard to the Decree of the Minister of health March 7, 2006 on the basic principles for unit discipline on specific training in general medical practice, published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica italiana of March 13, 2006-General series n. 60, pursuant to art. 25, paragraph 2, of the aforementioned legislative decree n. 368 of 1999, as amended; Visto l'art. 1 of the Decree of the Minister of health on August 28, 2014, published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica italiana n. 205 of 4.09.2014, by modifying the paragraph 5 of art. 9 of the abovementioned decree dated March 7, 2006; Since the above article states that the list of suitable candidates can be used no later than 60 days after the beginning of the training course, to assign, in the order of the list itself, the places that have been vacant for cancellation, surrender, revocation or other reasons and establishes, also, that the days of course lost should be recovered and paid regularly in compliance with the minimum of 4,800 hours and 36 months; Whereas, for reasons of practicality of courses, this represents the need, within the limits referred to in the course of three years 2014/2017, to extend the period of sixty days provided for by the said art. 1 August 28, 2014 decree for scrolling the list of suitable candidates in the course of general medicine; Considered that, in order to reconcile the functional requirements represented with the proper conduct of educational activities, it should be limited to the course referred to three years 2014/2017, establish the term of classification of suitable candidates in the course of general medicine in 180 days assemblies;
Decrees: Art. 1 for the reasons mentioned in the introduction, within the course of specific training in general medical practice referred to in the 2014/2017 period, the ranking of the successful candidates can be used by each region and autonomous province not later than 180 days before the beginning of the training course, to assign, in the order of the list itself, the places that have been vacant for cancellation , surrender, revocation or other reasons. The days lost to be recovered and paid regularly, respecting the minimum limit of 4,800 hours and 36 months. This Decree will be published in the official journal of the Italian Republic.
