The DIRECTOR-GENERAL of rural development having regard to act November 25, 1971, n. 1096, regulating the seed activities and in particular art. 19 which provides for the establishment, for each crop species, registers of varieties intended to permit identification of the variety; Having regard to the implementing regulations of that Act No. 1096/71, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic October 8, 1973, # 1065, as amended, relating to the discipline of the production and trade of seed; Having regard to law No 195 April 20, 1976, amending and supplementing law No. 1096/71, and in particular articles 4 and 5 involving the allocation of registers of varieties of horticultural plant species and their establishment required; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of July 17, 1976 establishing the registers of varieties of vegetable plant species which have been entered the variety of vegetable species whose names and decrees of registration are indicated in the device; See in particular art. 17, tenth paragraph of the aforementioned Decree of the President of the Republic No. 1065/73 laying down in ten years, the period of validity of the registration of the variety in national registers and also a chance to renew itself for specified periods; See in particular art. 17-bis, paragraphs 4 and 5 of Decree of the President of the Republic No. 1065/73, which provides for the abolition of a variety from the register, if the validity of the inscription itself has come to maturity; Membership renewal instances submitted views pursuant to art. 17, eleventh paragraph of the aforementioned Decree of the President of the Republic No. 1065/73; Having regard to the Legislative Decree July 30, 1999, n. 300, government organization reform in accordance with art. 11 March 15, 1997, law # 59; Having regard to the Legislative Decree March 30, 2001, # 165, concerning "general rules about how to sort of work employed in public administration", in particular art. 4, paragraphs 1 and 2 and art. 16, paragraph 1; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers in February 27, 2013, # 105 with the organisational regulations of the Ministry of agricultural food and forestry policies, in accordance with art. 2, paragraph 10-ter of law decree July 6, 2012, n. 95, converted, with amendments, by law, August 7, 2012 # 135; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of February 13, 2014 1622 on the "identification of the executive offices of the Mipaaf, not General pursuant to Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers No. 105 of February 27, 2013 "; Considering that, for the variety indicated in art. 2 of the device were submitted applications for renewal of registration to the relevant national registers in accordance with art. the final paragraph 17 of the Decree of the President of the Republic No. 1065/73, and that the variety was not of particular interest in a general nature; Since the variety indicated in art. 1 the device satisfy the requirements laid down in article art. 17, tenth paragraph of the aforementioned Decree of the President of the Republic No. 1065/73, and also noted the necessity to cancel the variety indicated in art. 2 in this device; Deemed it necessary to proceed in conformity;
