This verification was performed on the basis of certificates issued by the inspection body, Valoritalia S.r.l., with note prot. # 6209/2015 of January 26, 2015, authorized to carry out the activities of control over the names ' Brachetto d'acqui» and «Dolcetto d'acqui '; Considered also that the Statute of the Consorzio Tutela Vini d'acqui it was edited and verified that the changes comply with the requirements set out in Ministerial Decree December 16, 2010; Was therefore considered appropriate to proceed with the approval of the Statute in the new version recorded on April 3, 2013, bearing the number of 132,034 repertoire and number of 16,979 collection, by an Act signed by the Notary Stephen Bertone; Considered also necessary to proceed to the confirmation of the Consorzio Tutela Vini d'acqui to perform the functions of protection, promotion, enhancement, consumer information and general care of interests under art. 17, paragraph 1 and 4, of Legislative Decree No 61/2010 for the names ' Brachetto d'acqui» and «Dolcetto d'acqui ';
Decrees: article 1. It is confirmed for a period of three years from the date of publication of this Decree, granted by Decree of January 31, 2012 at the Consorzio Tutela Vini d'acqui, headquartered in Acqui Terme (AL), piazza Levi, n. 7 to perform the functions of protection, promotion, enhancement, consumer information and general care of interests under art. 17, paragraph 1 and 4, of Legislative Decree No. 61/2010 for Brachetto d'acqui DOCG «» and «Dolcetto d'acqui DOC». 2. The predicted position, which entails the obligation of the specifications given in the Decree of January 31, 2012, can be suspended or revoked by a decision motivated in case of loss of the requirements laid down by Ministerial Decree dated December 16, 2010. 3. Are approved modifications to the text of the Statute of the Consorzio Tutela Vini d'acqui registered on April 3, 2013, bearing the number of 132,034 repertoire and number of 16,979 collection, by an Act signed by the Notary Stephen Bertone. This Decree is published in the official journal of the Italian Republic and shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
