The Director-General of health care having regard to legislative decree October 8, 2011, # 176, implementing directive 2009/54/EC on the exploitation and marketing of natural mineral waters; Having regard to the ministerial order of November 12, 1992, n. 542, as amended by Ministerial Decree of December 29, 2003; Seen that art. 17, paragraph 3, of the aforementioned ministerial order of November 12, 1992, # 542, as amended by Ministerial Decree of December 29, 2003, to verify the persistence characteristics of mineral water, provides, inter alia, that the holders of recognition must annually produce, to the Ministry of health, by 31 January of the year following the reference year, a self declaration concerning the maintenance of the characteristics of mineral water as well as a chemical and microbiological analysis for samples taken during the year to the individual sources; Considering that the said art. 17, paragraph 3, provides also that the non-receipt of this documentation involves the suspension of the validity of the Decree of recognition of mineral water; Noted that the part of the proprietor of the acknowledgement of a natural mineral water «Hunter» Source of Nocera Umbra (Perugia) not received any certification of the water for the year 2014; Having regard to the Legislative Decree March 30, 2001, n. 165;
Decrees: Art. 1 1. For the reasons expressed in the introduction, it suspended the validity of the Decree of recognition of natural mineral water «Hunter» Source in the municipality of Nocera Umbra (Perugia). This Decree will be published in the official journal of the Italian Republic and communicated to the European Commission. Copy of this Decree will be submitted to the company concerned and the competent regional bodies for definitive action.
