The DIRECTOR-GENERAL of rural development having regard to Legislative Decree July 7, 2011, n. 124, implementing Directive 2008/72/EC of July 15, 2008 on the marketing of vegetable propagating and propagating such seeds, and in particular art. 8, paragraph 1 c, that vegetable propagating and propagating vegetables except seed may be marketed only if they refer to a variety officially entered; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of June 15, 2012, n. 13094, establishing the national registry of vegetable rootstocks rootstocks; See in particular art. 3, paragraph 2, of the aforementioned ministerial order No. 13094 of June 15, 2012, according to which, in the absence of criteria for the inclusion of such variety, to be determined in a subsequent measure, the national registration of varieties of horticultural plants and rootstocks is made based on the results of unofficial tests, practical information acquired in the course of cultivation or of any additional information or documentation deemed useful for the examination of the application; Having regard to the Legislative Decree July 30, 1999, n. 300, government organization reform in accordance with art. 11 March 15, 1997, law # 59; Having regard to the Legislative Decree March 30, 2001, # 165, concerning "general rules about how to sort of work employed in public administration", in particular art. 4, paragraphs 1 and 2 and art. 16, paragraph 1; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers in February 27, 2013, # 105 with the organisational regulations of the Ministry of agricultural food and forestry policies, in accordance with art. 2, paragraph 10-ter of law decree July 6, 2012, n. 95, converted, with amendments, by law, August 7, 2012 # 135; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of February 13, 2014 1622 on the "identification of the executive offices of the Mipaaf, not General pursuant to Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers No. 105 of February 27, 2013 "; Having regard to the request made for the purposes of the registration of a plant variety of rootstock in the respective national register; Deemed it necessary to proceed in conformity;
