The MINISTER of the environment and protection of land and SEA SEEN art. December 27, 2006, 1126, 1, subsection of the law n. 296 which provides for the preparation by the Ministry of the environment and protection of land and sea, with the concert of Ministers of economy and finance and economic development, and with the understanding of the regions and the autonomous provinces of Trento and Bolzano, the "action plan for the environmental sustainability of consumption of public administration" (PAN GPP); SEEN 1126 and 1127 paragraphs of article 1 of the quoted law 296/2006 establishing that that plan to adopt measures aimed at integrating environmental sustainability into public purchasing procedures in certain product categories subject to public procurement procedures; SEE the provisions of art. 7, paragraph 8 of the Legislative Decree. 163/06 on the obligation of communication to the public of information concerning contracts Observatory invitations to tender for works, services and supplies; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of April 11, 2008 of the Minister for the environment and protection of land and sea, in agreement with the Ministers of economic development and the economy and finance which, within the meaning of article 1, paragraph 1126, 296/2006 of the above Act, adopted the PAN GPP; Having regard to the order of the Minister of the environment and protection of land and sea of the April 10, 2013 on the "action plan for the environmental sustainability of consumption in the field of public administration-2013 Review", which updates the quoted PAN GPP pursuant to art. Interministerial Decree of 4 April 11, 2008; Having regard to the order of the Minister of the environment and protection of land and sea GAB/DEC/2014/000188 of July 21, 2014 by which integrates and replaces the Interministerial Committee (called the Management Committee) that according to point 6 of that PAN GPP, oversees the management of the plan; Having regard to article 2 of the Ministerial Decree of April 11, 2008, which provides for the establishment of "minimum environmental criteria" for different categories of goods set out in point 3.6 PAN GPP, by an order of the Minister of the environment and protection of land and sea, feel the economic and Development Ministers of economy and finance; NOTED that, in accordance with the provisions of article 2 of the Ministerial Decree of April 11, 2008, with a note of 13/10/2014 DVA-2014-0032855 was asked the Ministry of economic development to formulate any observations to the minimum environmental policy document: "purchase items for street furniture"; Given that within the period indicated in its note No comments were received by the Ministry of economic development; NOTED that, in accordance with the provisions of article 2 of the Ministerial Decree of April 11, 2008, with 13/10/2014 's note. DVA-2014-0032858 was asked the Ministry of economy and finance to formulate any observations to the minimum environmental policy document: "purchase items for street furniture"; Given that within the period indicated in its note No comments were received by the Ministry of economy and finance; SEE the technical paper annexed to this Decree concerning minimum environmental criteria "purchase items for street furniture", developed under the mentioned Management Committee with the input of interested parties through the procedures of plan comparison; Deemed necessary to adopt the minimum environmental criteria in question;
DECREE Art. 1. Minimum environmental criteria 1. Pursuant to article 2 of the Ministerial Decree of April 11, 2008 s and which provides for the adoption of "minimum environmental criteria" for different categories of goods referred to in paragraph 3.6 of PAN GPP, minimum environmental criteria adopted are laid down in the technical annex to this Decree, an integral part of the Decree, for products/services: "purchase items for street furniture";
