The DIRECTOR-GENERAL of rural development having regard to act November 25, 1971, # 1096, and as amended and supplemented, regulating the seed activities and in particular articles 19 and 24 providing for the establishment, for each crop species, registers of varieties intended to permit identification of the variety; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Republic October 8, 1973, # 1065, containing "November 25, 1971, implementing regulation of the law # 1096"; Having regard to law No 195 April 20, 1976 amending law 1096/71 and in particular articles 4 and 5 involving the allocation of registers of varieties of horticultural plant species and their establishment required; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of July 17, 1976 establishing the registries of variety of horticultural plant species; Having regard to the Legislative Decree July 30, 1999, n. 300, government organization reform in accordance with art. 11 March 15, 1997, law # 59; Having regard to the Legislative Decree March 30, 2001, # 165, concerning "general rules about how to sort of work employed in public administration", in particular art. 4, paragraphs 1 and 2 and art. 16, paragraph 1; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers in February 27, 2013, # 105, bearing the organisational regulations of the Ministry of agricultural food and forestry policies, in accordance with art. 2, paragraph 10-ter of Decree-Law No July 6, 2012. 95, converted, with amendments, by law no August 7, 2012. 135, Decree of the President of the Republic of 14 February 2012, # 41; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of February 13, 2014 1622 on "identification of executive offices not generals of the Mipaaf, pursuant to Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers No. 105 of February 27, 2013 "; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree No. 25105 of November 20, 2014, published in the Official Journal No. 23 of January 29, 2015, which were entered in the register of national variety vegetable varieties; Given the variety of dwarf bean named Mantus, code was mistakenly inserted into SIAN 3427 Ministerial Decree # 25105 of November 20, 2014 mentioned above and that it has already officially entered by Ministerial Decree of April 28, 2014, # 8904, published in the Official Gazette No. 112 of May 16, 2014; Considered therefore the need to amend the Ministerial Decree 25105 of November 20, 2014 and in particular the table in article only;
