The RECTOR having regard to Act May 9, 1989, # 168 on the statutory and regulatory autonomy of universities; Having regard to law no 240 December 30, 2010 laying down the rules on the organisation of the University; Seen on the March 27, 2012 rectoral Decree No. 339 by which it was enacted the statute appropriate University under law no 240/10; Seen the rectoral Decree of June 14, 2013 n. 892 embodying the change to the Statute above; Having regard to the resolution with which the Board of Directors and the academic Senate, in meetings of 25 July and September 30, 2014, have respectively expressed a favourable opinion and approved the proposals for amendments to the articles of Association; Noting that the Statute so amended and was broadcast on October 2, 2014 prot. 24181 and delivered to M1UR in certified mail studiuniversitari@postacert.istruzione.it on the same date; Noting that the time limit provided for by law no 240/10 is no formal course reliefs of legitimacy and merit by the Ministry; Drawn art. 6 of law No. 168/89 has publication in the official journal of the University Statute;
Decrees: Art. 1 the Statute is amended as shown in the text annexed to this Decree. The Statute shall enter into force on the fifteenth day following its publication in the official journal of the Italian Republic. At the same time as the entry into force of the statute enacted by this Decree, it repealed the statute enacted with Rector's Decree of June 14, 2013 # 892.
