Decree-Law No 185, December 16, 2014 bearing: "urgent provisions concerning extension of time limits for payment IMU for agricultural land and to end financial accounting adjustments", has not been passed into law within 60 days after its publication, in the official journal-General series-# 291 of December 16, 2014.
We inform you that, with effect from December 29, 2014, the provisions of that decree-law have been adopted by art. 1, paragraphs 692 to 697, December 23, 2014, law n. 190 (Disposizioni per la formazione del bilancio dello Stato-annual and multiannual stability law 2015), published in the ordinary supplement to the Official Gazette # 99/L-General series-n. 300 of December 29, 2014.
