Features: Art. 1 1. To allow the completion of operations to be carried out in the context of criticality derived as a result of exceptional weather adversity that occurred in April 2009 in the province of Piacenza, from 26 to April 30, 2009 in the province of Parma, as well as the violent storm which affected the provinces of Ferrara and 26 April 27, 2009 , Ravenna, Forlì-Cesena and Rimini, the special accounting # 5419 referred in the introduction, already registered to the Director of the regional civil protection Agency of the region of Emilia Romagna in accordance with art. 1, paragraph 5, of the order of the head of the Civil Protection Department # 41 of January 23, 2013, is open until September 30, 2015.
