The Special Commissioner pursuant to OCDPC # 157/2014 in relation to the floods that occurred in the period from 1 January to February 11, 2014 in the region of Tuscany, announces that, with your order No 2 of January 15, 2015, took note of the report received by the Department of Earth Sciences-University of Florence, "a preliminary study and monitoring of landslides in the region of Tuscany under art. 1, letter c) OCDPC # 157/2014-report of the first phase of activity, "he proceeded to the settlement on behalf of the Department the same as provided for in the agreement approved by order of Commissioner # 14 of April 30, 2014.
The Ordinance is available on the official bulletin of the Tuscany region # 3 of January 21, 2015, part one, and it is published in accordance with art. 42, d.lgs. March 14, 2013, n. 33, www.regione.toscana.it/regione/amministrazione-trasparente on vocals and emergency extraordinary interventions.
