g) reception and transmission to the Embassy of Italy in Guatemala of applications for inclusion in the electoral registry lists and Italy submitted by citizens who reside in the judicial district of the Honorary Consulate General in Tegucigalpa;
h) receiving and transmitting material to the Embassy of Italy in Guatemala, responsible for every decision, acts in the area of pensions;

j) delivery of certifications issued by the Embassy of Italy in Guatemala;

m) reception and transmission material to the Embassy of Italy in Guatemala of documentation related to the issuing of passports of citizens who reside in the judicial district of the Honorary Consulate General in Tegucigalpa; direct delivery to holders of passports issued by the Embassy of Italy in Guatemala and restitution to the Embassy of Italy in Guatemala of the receipts of delivery;
n) reception and transmission to the Embassy of Italy in Guatemala of documentation related to requests for release of the emergency travel document-ETD-presented by Italian citizens and citizens of EU Member States, after capturing the complaint of loss or theft of your passport or other travel document and after appropriate checks, provided for under art. 71 of P.r.decree December 28, 2000, n. 445, on the veracity of the affidavits referred to in articles 46 and 47 of the said P.r.decree; delivery of the ETD, issued by the Embassy of Italy in Guatemala are valid for one trip to the Member State of which the applicant is a citizen, to the country of permanent residence or, in exceptional cases, to another destination;

q) subsidiary duties of assistance to members of educational practices and leverage military service, with the exception of powers of enlistment, without prejudice to the decision-making competence of the Embassy of Italy in Guatemala;
r) transactions required by legislation depending on the arrival and departure of a ship, and held their national registers;
s) reception and transmission to the Embassy of Italy in Guatemala of documentation related to requests for the issuance, renewal or validation of safety certification of the vessel or crew (endorsement); delivery of such certifications, issued by the Embassy of Italy in Guatemala;
t) service of documents to Italian citizens resident in the constituency of the Honorary Consulate General in Tegucigalpa, giving communication of the outcome thereof to the competent Italian authorities and, for information, to the Embassy of Italy in Guatemala;
u) held the register of citizens and the signatures of local authorities.
This Decree will be published in the official journal of the Italian Republic.
