The MINISTER of ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT having regard to the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers December 5, 2013, # 158, embodying the organisational regulations of the Ministry of economic development, for the responsibilities of supervision of cooperative; Having regard to the Decree-Law No 95 July 6, 2012, converted into law August 7, 2012, # 135; Having regard to the findings of the extraordinary ministerial inspection completed on September 27, 2013, from which there is a State of insolvency of societa ' cooperativa «Confartigianato Services Reggio Emilia Societa ' Cooperativa in liquidation '; Since at the time of inspection the legal representative of the company's formalized the renunciation of counterclaims and to agree to receivership; Considered what emerges from the updated Chamber, made ex officio at the competent commercial register, in relation to corporate officers, at the registered office and the fulfilment of obligations relating to deposits; Considering that in October 6, 2014 date it was communicated, in accordance with art. 7 of law no 241/1990, the initiation of the procedure of forced liquidation at the cooperative's legal representative and the competent Court; As the legal representative of that company with note received on 16 October 201 has formalized its renunciation of any counterclaims to produce and that there is no impediment to the adoption of the measure of compulsory administrative liquidation; Having regard to the proposal by which the Directorate-General for the supervision of, the cooperative system and the outcome of the investigation conducted commissarial managers, calls for the adoption of the submission of the cooperative in question to the forced liquidation procedure; Visto l'art. 2545-l of the civil code and deemed it necessary to have the forced liquidation of that company; Visto l'art. 198 Royal Decree March 16, 1942, # 267;
Decrees: Art. 1 The societa ' cooperativa «Confartigianato Services Reggio Emilia Societa ' Cooperativa in liquidation», based in Reggio Emilia (fiscal code 02306880358) is placed in receivership, according to art. 2545-l of the civil code. Considered the specific job requirements, as resulting from the curriculum vitae, is appointed liquidator. Charles Pacheco, born in Rome on October 8, 1970 and domiciled in via dei Prefetti # 17.
