The MINISTER of ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT having regard to the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers on December 5, n. 158 laying down the organisational regulations of the Ministry of economic development, for the responsibilities of supervision of cooperative; Having regard to the Decree-Law No 95 July 6, 2012, converted into law August 7, 2012, # 135; Having regard to the request of October 23, 2013, being submitted to this supervisory authority dated November 14, 2013, by which the Associazione generale cooperative italiane has requested that the company «Eurocoop Societa ' Cooperativa-in liquidation» is admitted to the procedure of compulsory administrative liquidation; Having regard to the risultane of the representative Association's review ended on August 5, 2013, from which there is a State of insolvency of the aforementioned cooperative society; Considered what emerges from the updated Chamber, made ex officio at the competent commercial register, in relation to corporate officers, at the registered office and the fulfilment of obligations relating to deposits; Considering that in March 4, 2014 date it was communicated, in accordance with art. 7 of law No. 241/1990, the initiation of the procedure of forced liquidation to the legal representative of the cooperative, the Court of first instance and the competent territorial Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of representation; Given that it's the deadline to participate in the proceedings and the legal representative did not submit observations and counterclaims; Having regard to the proposal by which the Directorate-General for the supervision of, the cooperative system and the outcome of the investigation conducted commissarial managers, calls for the adoption of the submission of the cooperative in question to the forced liquidation procedure; Visto l'art. 2545-l of the civil code and deemed it necessary to have the forced liquidation of that company; Visto l'art. 198 Royal Decree March 16, 1942, # 267; After consulting the representative Association;
