The DIRECTOR GENERAL for the promotion of quality food and Agriculture of the horse sector having regard to Regulation (EU) no 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of December 17, 2013 establishing a common organisation of the markets in agricultural products and repealing Regulations (EEC) no 922/72, (EEC) No 234/79, (EC) no 1037/2001 and (EC) no Council 1234/2007; See in particular part II, title II, chapter I, section 2, of the Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013 laying down the rules governing designations of origin, geographical indications and traditional terms in the wine sector; Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) no 479/2008 of April 29, 2008 on the common organisation of the market in wine and in particular title III, chapter III, IV and V establishing rules on designations of origin and geographical indications and traditional terms and chapter VI laying down rules on labelling and presentation; Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) no 607/2009 of July 14, 2009 laying down certain rules for the application of Council Regulation No 479/2008 concerning designations of origin, geographical indications, traditional terms, labelling and presentation of certain wine sector products; Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) no 401/2010 of May 7, 2010 amending and correcting Regulation (EC) no 607/2009 amending for the application of Regulation (EC) no 479/2008, as for designations of origin, geographical indications, traditional terms, labelling and presentation of certain wine sector products; Visto l'art. 107 of Regulation (EU) no 1308/2013 by which wine names protected in virtue of articles 51 and 54 of Regulation (EC) no 1493/1999 and art. 28 of Regulation (EC) No 753/2002 are automatically protected by virtue of Regulation (EC) no 1308/2013 and the Commission shall list them in the register of protected designations of origin and protected geographical indications of wines; Having regard to act July 7, 2009, n. 88, laying down rules for fulfilment of the obligations arising from Italy's membership of the European communities-2008 Community law, and in particular art. 15; Having regard to the Legislative Decree of April 8, 2010, # 61 concerning protection of geographical indications and designations of origin of wines, in art. 15 July 7, 2009, law # 88; See in particular art. April 8, 2010, 17 of Legislative Decree No 61 concerning the protection consortia for designations of origin and geographical indications of wines; Having regard to the December 16, 2010 ministerial order laying down general provisions on the establishment and recognition of associations of protection of geographical indications and designations of origin of wines; Having regard to the departmental Decree of May 12, 2010 laying down general provisions concerning verification of activities allocated to the protection consortia pursuant to art. 14, paragraph 15, December 21, 1999, law n. 526 e dell'art. April 8, 2010, 17 of Legislative Decree n. 61; Having regard to the departmental Decree of July 21, 2011 laying down the guidelines for the preparation of the program of surveillance of PDO and PGI wines provided for in art. 5 December 16, 2010 Decree laying down general provisions on the establishment and recognition of associations of protection of geographical indications and designations of origin of wines; Having regard to the decree dated November 6, 2012 departmental procedure for recognition of agents include guards the protection consortia of law December 21, 1999, n. 526 and the Decree of April 8, 2010, # 61; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree dated November 7, 2012 national procedure for the submission and examination of applications for protection of PDO and PGI wines and to review the specifications in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 and legislative decree April 8, 2010, # 61; Having regard to the request submitted on March 2, 2013 by the Consorzio tutela vini DOC Colli del Trasimeno, with registered office in Castiglione del Lago (Perugia), piazza Gramsci # 1, which is intended to gain recognition in accordance with art. 17, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree No 61/2010 and the appointment as per paragraph 1 and 4 of article. 17 for the DOC "Colli del Trasimeno Trasimeno» or «»; Given that the DOC "Colli del Trasimeno Trasimeno» or «» was recognized nationally in accordance with law 164/1992 and Legislative Decree No. 61/2010 and, therefore, it is one of the names protected in accordance with art. 107 of Regulation (EU) no 1308/2013 and article. 73 of Regulation (EC) no 607/2009; Verified the conformity of the Statute of the Consorzio tutela vini DOC Colli del Trasimeno requirements of Ministerial Decree December 16, 2010; Given that the Consorzio tutela vini DOC Colli del Trasimeno demonstrated reliability ' referred to in paragraph 1 and 4 of Legislative Decree No. 61/2010 for the DOC "Colli del Trasimeno» or «Trasimeno». This verification was performed on the basis of certificates issued by the inspection body, 3A-Parco tecnologico agroalimentare of Umbria, with note prot. # 16027 of December 29, 2014, authorized to carry out the activities of control over naming; Was therefore considered necessary to proceed to the recognition of the Consorzio tutela vini DOC Colli del Trasimeno, pursuant to art. 17, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree No. 61/2010 and the appointment to perform the functions of protection, promotion, enhancement, consumer information and general care of interests under art. 17, paragraph 1 and 4, of Legislative Decree No 61/2010 for the DOC "Colli del Trasimeno Trasimeno» or «»;
Decrees: Art. 1 1. The Consorzio tutela vini DOC Colli del Trasimeno is recognised under art. 17, paragraph 1, of legislative decree April 8, 2010, # 61, and is charged with the tasks provided for in paragraph 1 and paragraph 4 of article. 17 of Legislative Decree No 61/2010 for the DOC "Colli del Trasimeno Trasimeno» or «». This name is registered in the register of protected designations of origin and protected geographical indications of wines referred to in art. 104 of Regulation (EU) no 1308/2013.
