Decrees: Art. 1 under and for the purposes of art. 3 of the Decree of the President of the Republic December 30, 2003, n. 398, and the Ministerial Decree of December 23, 2014, both mentioned in the introduction, it is issuing a nineteenth instalment of buoni del Tesoro poliennali 1.70% indexed to Eurostat Index ("BTP € i"), with September 15, 2018 deadline January 31, 2013 and enjoyment. These securities are issued in conjunction with BTP € i with enjoyment September 15, 2009 and deadline September 15, 2041 indexed to "Eurostat Index", mentioned in the introduction, for a total nominal amount of between a minimum of 500 million and a maximum amount of EUR 1000 million. The good yield of 1.70% gross annual interest, payable in two semestralita ' 15 March 15 and postponed the September each year of duration of the loan. The first four coupons of bonds issued with this Decree, the absence of a deadline, will not be paid.
