The Minister for infrastructure and transport Saw the art. 228, paragraph 3, of the new highway code, approved with legislative decree of April 30, 1992, no. 285; Visto l'art. 405, paragraph 3, of the implementing regulation and of the implementation of the new highway code, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic December 16, 1992, # 495; Visto l'art. 238 of Decree of the President of the Republic September 16, 1996, # 610, amending table VII. 1, annexed to the Decree of the President of the Republic December 16, 1992, n. 495, stating the amounts of rights by the Ministry of public works, now the Ministry of infrastructure and transport; Visto l'art. 51 of legislative decree June 24, 1998, no. 213 establishing a ' provisions relating to the introduction of the euro into national law, in accordance with art. 1, comma 1, della legge December 17, 1997, # 433»; Considered the necessity of having to provide, in accordance with those provisions, updating of the amounts of the fees payable by the parties concerned for technical and administrative operations of the Ministry of infrastructure and transport, in an amount equal to the change in the consumer price index for families of workers and employees (national average) that occurred in the previous two years, and determine the effective date of their application; Given that the consumer price index for the families of workers and employees for the month of November 2014 calculated by the National Institute of statistics, indicates the percentage change of the index of November 2014 compared to November 1992 at a level equal to 64.7%; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Republic June 25, 2014, with unita delegation of tasks, registered at the Court of Auditors on July 4, 2014 concerning the attribution to Sen. Riccardo Nencini the title of Deputy Minister in the Ministry of infrastructure and transport, published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica italiana, serie generale, no 156 of July 8, 2014;
Decrees: Art. 1 1. The amounts of the fees payable by the parties concerned for technical and administrative operations of the Ministry of infrastructure and transport, specified in table VII. 1, provided for in art. 405 of the Decree of the President of the Republic December 16, 1992, # 495, laying down the implementing regulation and of the implementation of the new highway code, as amended by art. 238 of Decree of the President of the Republic September 16, 1996, n. 610, up-to-date as follows: a) where the amount originally provided 100,000 livres», «the same shall be replaced by «euro 85.06»;
b) where the amount originally provided for 200,000 livres», «the same shall be replaced by «euro 170.12»;
c) where it was originally planned the amount «250,000 lire», the same shall be replaced by «euro 212.65»;
d) where it was originally planned the amount «lire 400,000», the same shall be replaced by «euro 320.24»;
It was originally planned the amount ') where 500,000 lire», the same shall be replaced by «euro 425.30»;
f) where it was originally planned the amount ' 1 million lire», the same shall be replaced by "EUR 850.60";
g) where it was originally planned the amount «lire 1,500,000 ', the same shall be replaced by «euro 1275.91». 2. updated amounts referred to in paragraph 1 shall apply to technical and administrative operations of the Ministry of infrastructure and transport for which the application is submitted after December 31, 2014.
