Giorgio Cumin, Dr. Nicodemus of Laura, Dr. Guido Puccio; Having regard to the request which was received on December 16, 2014 by which Commissioners liquidators report that it ran the final allotment plan of the company pursuant to ministerial authorization on October 15, 2014 and ask that it placed the closure of the procedure of Srl Mountservice; Having regard to articles 4 and 16 of legislative decree March 30, 2001, # 165, which dictate the criteria for distribution of responsibilities to executive offices; Considered that the conditions for the closure of the extraordinary administration procedure of Srl Mountservice in accordance with art. 6 of Decree-Law January 30, 1979, # 26 above;
