The ACCOUNTANT-GENERAL of the Ministry of economy and finance in consultation with the Director General for pension and insurance policies of the Ministry of labour and social policy Saw the art. 127 of the consolidated text approved by Decree of the President of the Republic June 30, 1965, n. 1124, which stipulates that the State employees insurance against accidents at work at workers ' compensation can be implemented with particular forms of management; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of October 10, 1985 laying down the regulation of the management on behalf of the State» accident insurance of State employees implemented by INAIL, which paragraphs 2 and 3 of art. 2 provides that the State repay to INAIL, as well as the insurance benefits paid pursuant to that single act and subsequent amendments and additions, including general administrative expenses, and supplementary medical-legal, as well as general administrative expenses of annuities, according to unit amounts depend on, respectively, the number of accidents and the number of pensions concerning the «management on behalf of the State " compared to overall figures of the industry management of the Institute; See paragraph 4 of art. 2 of the Ministerial Decree, which provides that the unit amounts, determined as above, shall be approved by the Treasury, in consultation with the Ministry of labor and social security, on the basis of the financial statements for the year of relevance; Having regard to the Legislative Decree July 30, 1999, n. 300 and subsequent modifications, concerning the reform of the Government and, in particular, article. 23 which provides for the establishment of the Ministry of economy and finance and the simultaneous transfer to it of the functions of the ministries of the Treasury, budget and economic planning and finance; Having regard to the Legislative Decree July 30, 1999, n. 300 and subsequent modifications, concerning the reform of the Government and, in particular, article. 45 that provides for the establishment of the Ministry of labour and social policy and the simultaneous transfer to it of the functions the Ministry of labour and social security; Considered that findings concerning the exercise industry management 2012 shows that are attributable to the management of that question, such as administrative expenses, medicolegal and integrative, euro 127,649,869.03 compared to 117,214 cases of accident reported and general administrative expenses, such as annuities, euro 771,289.81 against 11209 annuities;
Decrees: the unit amounts of administrative expenses, arising from the "management on behalf of the State" run by INAIL, which Governments concerned must repay the said Institute annually, according to art. 2 of the Ministerial Decree of October 10, 1985 shall be established for the year 2012, in the following sizes: euro 1089.03 per each injury reported, for administrative expenses, medical-legal financial statements;
Euro 68.81 per annuity effect in relation to administrative expenses of annuities. This Decree will be published in the official journal of the Italian Republic.
