The Director-General of health care having regard to legislative decree October 8, 2011, # 176, implementing directive 2009/54/EC on the exploitation and marketing of natural mineral waters; Having regard to the ministerial order of November 12, 1992, n. 542, as amended by Ministerial Decree of December 29, 2003; Given the managerial Decree 1 St February 2007, n. 3733, with whom she was suspended the validity of the Decree of recognition of natural mineral water Diana in Castrocielo (Frosinone) as the company owner did not send, within the deadlines, documentation provided by art. 17, paragraph 3, of the Ministerial Decree of November 12, 1992, # 542, as amended by Ministerial Decree of December 29, 2003; Considering that the company San Pellegrino S.p.A. the holder of the exploration permit Source Diana proceeded to transmit certifications relating to chemical and microbiological analyses carried out on samples of water taken at source on October 15, 2014 and contextually required to change the name of the source and Source water Diana Naturae; Having regard to the opinion of the third Section of the High Council of health expressed at its meeting of December 16, 2014; Having regard to the Legislative Decree March 30, 2001, n. 165;
Decrees: Art. 1 1) for the reasons expressed in the introduction, it is restored to the validity of the Decree of recognition of natural mineral water «Diana» Source in the municipality of Castrocielo (Frosinone). 2) are authorized changes in the name of the source and of the name of a natural mineral water from Diana in «Naturae ". This Decree will be published in the official journal of the Italian Republic and communicated to the European Commission. Copy of this Decree will be submitted to the company owner and regional bodies for the measures provided for in art. 6 of Legislative Decree No 176/2011.
