The Italian Antitrust Authority market in its meeting of November 26, 2014; See paragraph 7 of art. 10 of law October 10, 1990, # 287; Having regard to articles 4 and 9 of the regulation on discipline of the autonomy of the Authority entered into force on 1 March 2000, as well as th modified and supplemented by resolution of the authority of December 12, 2002; See paragraph 1 of art. 5-bis of Decree-Law No 1 January 24, 2012, as supplemented by the law of 27 March 24, 2012, no conversion, which added subsection 7-ter in art. 10 of law October 10, 1990, # 287, under which the burden resulting from the functioning of the Italian Antitrust Authority market provides through a contribution equal to 0.08 per thousand of the turnover resulting from the latest balance sheet approved by the companies ' capital, with total revenues exceeding 50 million; Having regard to the decision of the authority # 24766 of January 22, 2014 which he fastened the contribution for the year 2014 paragraph 7-ter in art. 10 of law October 10, 1990, # 287, the extent of 0.06 per thousand of the turnover resulting from the latest balance sheet approved by the companies ' equity at the date of that resolution, with total revenues exceeding 50 million; See the provisions of art. 1, paragraph 321 of the law n. December 27, 2013, n. 147, containing "Provisions for the preparation of annual and multiannual budgetary aid" (law of stability 2014); Having regard to the draft budget for 2015 and the explanatory report drawn up by the Directorate-General for budget and Directorate accounting and Administration presented by the Secretary-General; Having regard to the opinion of the Board of Auditors referred to the minutes # 163 of November 17, 2014;
Decides: 1. to approve the budget for the year 2015 in version attached as an integral part of this resolution. 2. to publish the present resolution and the budget estimate for the year 2015 in the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic and on the institutional site of the authority.
