The DIRECTOR GENERAL of sea-fishing and aquaculture products Seen on July 30, 1999, Legislative Decree No. "reform of the Government laying 300 in accordance with art. 11 March 15, 1997, law No. 59 and subsequent modifications and integrations»; Having regard to the Legislative Decree March 30, 2001, # 165, laying down general rules on the sort of labour employed in public administration '; Having regard to the Legislative Decree May 18, 2001, n. guidance and modernization of 226 amending the fisheries and aquaculture sector, in accordance with article 7 of law No 57 March 5, 2001 "which provides financial incentives for entrepreneurs fish»; Having regard to the Legislative Decree May 26, 2004, # 153, on the "implementation of law March 7, 2003, n. 38, in the sea fisheries sector '; Having regard to the Legislative Decree May 26, 2004, n. 154 establishing a «Modernization of fisheries and aquaculture products, in accordance with art. 1, paragraph 2, of the law March 7, 2003, n. 38 '; Seen the D.P.C.M. # 105 of February 25, 2013 organisation of the Ministry of agriculture, food and forestry, in accordance with article 2, paragraph 10-ter of Decree-Law No 95 July 6, 2012, converted, with amendments, by law, August 7, 2012 # 135; Saw the Reg. (EC) no 1224/2009 establishing a community control system for ensuring compliance with the rules of the common fisheries policy; Having regard to the reg. (EC) no 717/2014 of June 27, 2014 on the application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid in the fisheries and aquaculture sector which provides the possibility to grant aid and are therefore subject to the notification procedure; Considered it appropriate to intervene in the form of grants within the de minimis regime provided for aid from the European Union, to lessen the inconvenience resulting from the economic crisis in the sector; Considered art. 10 of Reg. (EC) no 1224/2009 Recalling the annex II (I) of Directive 2002/59/EC, as amended by Annex 2, chapter I of Directive 15/2011/EU of February 23, 2011, ' obligations regarding onboard equipment», which involves the installation of automatic identification systems A.i.s of class A on: vessels of a length overall equal to or greater than 24 meters and less than 45 metres-by May 31, 2012; vessels of an overall length equal to or greater than 18 metres and less than 24 metres-by May 31, 2013; vessels of a length overall of exceeding 15 metres but less than 18 metres-by May 31, 2014; newly built vessels of overall length exceeding 15 metres is required to install onboard equipment referred to in article 6 bis as from November 30, 2010; Given that the mandatory installation of automatic identification system class A A.i.s on board fishing vessels of overall length exceeding 15 metres but less than 18 metres, by May 31, 2014, is aimed at protecting the safety of navigation and the safety of life on Board (the SOLAS Convention); Having regard to the note # 4511 of November 19, 2014 of D.G. fishing over which the Department head has delivered a favourable opinion with regard to the preparation of the implementing Decree of the measure being merely managerial activities; Appropriate, for the above, proceed to the grant of a flat-rate contribution fish fishing unit owners entrepreneurs with an overall length exceeding 15 metres but less than 18 metres, equipped with automatic identification systems A.i.s of class A, within the framework of de minimis aid allowed by the European Union, in view of the importance of Community objectives in the field of control;
Decrees: Art. 1 the effect of this provision is committed the sum of €247,995.00 in favor of employers fishing vessel owners of fish set out in annex list which forms an integral part of this provision as a contribution to the expenses related to the installation of automatic identification A.i.s of class a.
