By Decree # 0000322 of December 30, 2014 it's been extended the validity of the Decree because of environmental compatibility pronunciation # exDSA-2009-0000185 of December 14, 2009 for the project of thermal power station of Presenzano. The project, located in the municipality of Presenzano (Caserta), it was presented by the company Edison S.p.A., with registered office in Foro Bonaparte n. 31, Milan;
