The DIRECTOR-GENERAL of international policies and the European Union having regard to Regulation (EC) No 110/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of January 15, 2008 on the definition, description, presentation, labelling and protection of geographical indications of spirit drinks and repealing Council Regulation (EEC) No 1576/89; See, in particular, article. 20 of Regulation (EC) No 110/2008 that for the purposes of the registration of geographical indications established, provides for the submission to the European Commission of a leaflet, containing the requirements prescribed by art. 17 of that regulation; Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) no 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of December 17, 2013 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and agricultural products; Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 555/2008 of June 27, 2008 amending for the application of Regulation (EC) no 479/2008 on the common organisation of the market in wine; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Republic July 16, 1997, # 297, laying down rules on the production and marketing of spirits, Italian grappa, brandy and liqueurs; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of May 13, 2010 published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica italiana n. 216 of September 15, 2010, containing provisions for implementing Regulation (EC) No 110/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of January 15, 2008 on the definition, description, presentation, labelling and protection of geographical indications of spirit drinks; Having regard to the request for registration of geographical indications of "Grappa del Trentino" and/or "Grappa", presented by the Institute for protection of Grappa del Trentino; Verified the conformity of the documents required under art. Ministerial Decree 4 May 13, 2010; Given the lack of opposition to the specifications of the geographical indication "Grappa del Trentino" and/or "Grappa" published with notice in the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica italiana n. 250 of October 27, 2014 Decrees: Art. 1 1. For the purposes of community registration of the geographical indication, provided for in art. 20 of Regulation (EC) No 110/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of January 15, 2008, it approved the technical specifications of the geographical indication "Grappa del Trentino" and/or "Grappa" annexed, forms an integral part of this decision.
