The CHIEF of POLICE, Director General of public security Seen art. 12, paragraph 3-bis, legislative decree April 30, 1992, # 285, as amended by decree-law June 27, 2003, # 152, converted by law 1 St August 2004, # 214, which gives the competent personnel to perform technical escorts to exceptional vehicles and transportation under conditions of exceptionality a chance to take stock and traffic control activities mentioned in art. 11, paragraph 1, letters c) and d) of Legislative Decree No 285 April 30, 1992; Visto l'art. 16 of the implementing regulation and of the implementation of the new highway code, approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic December 16, 1992, n. 495, as amended by the Decree of the President of the Republic September 16, 1996, n. 610, by Decree of the President of the Republic of July 28, 2004, n. 235, by Decree of the President of the Republic, February 12, 2013 # 31; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of July 18, 1997, as amended by Ministerial Decree May 28, 1998, by Ministerial Decree of April 24, 2003, the Ministerial Decree March 18, 2005, by Ministerial Decree of February 4, 2011 and by the Ministerial Decree of August 27, 2014, approval of the specification for inventory techniques to exceptional vehicles and transportation under conditions of exceptionality; Visto l'art. 5, paragraph 1, of the aforementioned guideline technical escorts to exceptional vehicles and transportation under conditions of exceptionality, pursuant to which the certificate of qualification of technical escort service is released by the traffic police, Compartment after passing a qualifying examination to support themselves in front of Special Commission established by Decree of the Executive at each compartment of the traffic police; Visto l'art. 6, paragraph 1, of the same specification for inventory techniques to exceptional vehicles and transportation under conditions of exceptionality, pursuant to which the exams are held at each compartment of traffic police in sessions at least quarterly, based on applications for admission; Considering that the exams to obtain the certificate of qualification of technical escort service exceptional vehicles and transportation under conditions of exceptionality in art. Ministerial Decree 5 July 18, 1997, and subsequent amendments, have so far held annually in four predetermined sessions, the same for all the national territory, regardless of the number of instances for admission submitted to each compartment; Deemed necessary, within the framework of simplification initiatives of administrative proceedings within the jurisdiction of State police, give greater efficiency and timeliness to the administrative action, including with a view to a more rational use of available resources;
Decrees: Art. 1 setting the date of exam 1 January 2015, since the dates of exams for obtaining and renewal of the certificate of qualification of technical escort service exceptional vehicles and transportation under conditions of exceptionality are fixed directly by the Manager of each compartment, at least quarterly, based on the number of applications brought the same decree by which he establishes the Commission where support the bar exam. The decree will be disclosed to interested parties through publication on the website of the State police.
