The MINISTER of labour and Social Affairs in consultation with the Minister of economy and finance having regard to act December 22, 1973, # 903; Visto l'art. 21, second paragraph, of the above Act n. 903 of 1973, which provides for the provision of a total annual contribution of the State Pension Fund of the clergy and Ministers of religious denominations other than the Catholic; Visto l'art. second paragraph 4 of Decree-Law No 791 December 22, 1981, converted, with amendments, by law February 26, 1982, # 54, which stipulates that that contribution, with effect from 1 January 1982, amended by Decree of the Minister of labour and Social Affairs, in consultation with the Minister of economy and finance, with the same frequency and the same degree of percentage increase that gave rise to variations in the amounts of pensions for automatic equalisation; Given that, since the detection developed by the INPS, communicated with note of May 29, 2014, the average percentage increase of pensions paid from this Fund for the year 2013 is equal to 3%; Given that art. 11 of the abovementioned law No. 54 of 1982 provides for a contribution from the State Fund of that of €1,032,914.00; Seen the need to specify in this measure is the amount of the contribution referred to in art. 21 of law No. 903 of 1973, as determined in accordance with art. 4, second paragraph, of the abovementioned law No 54 of 1982, both the amount of the contribution referred to in art. 11 of the Act; Visto l'art. 1, paragraph 2, point a), November 13, 2009, law # 172;
Decrees: 1. the contribution from the State of the art. 21 December 22, 1973, second paragraph of the law # 903, under the chapter 4356 of the estimate of the Ministry of labour and social policy-responsibility Center «welfare State policies ", has increased, with effect from 1 January 2013, from €7,693,286.34 to €7,924,084.93. 2. The fee referred to in art. December 22, 1981, 11 of Decree Law n. 791, converted, with amendments, by law February 26, 1982, # 54, is established in €1,032,914.00. This Decree will be transmitted to the Central Office of the budget for all matters of competence and published in the official journal of the Italian Republic.
