The Minister of agricultural food and forestry policies having regard to Regulation (EC) No 110/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of January 15, 2008 on the definition, description, presentation, labelling and protection of geographical indications of spirit drinks and repealing Council Regulation (EEC) No 1576/89; View, in particular, the procedure laid down in art. 20 of Regulation (EC) no 110/2008, on the registration of geographical indications established; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of May 13, 2010, n. 5195, published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica italiana n. 216 of September 15, 2010, with which it was defined the procedure for the submission and approval of technical specifications on geographical indications of spirit drinks for the next Community registration; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of 1 August 2011, n. 5389, published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica italiana n. 228 of September 30, 2011, containing provisions regarding art. 17 of Regulation (EC) No 110/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of January 15, 2008 on the definition, description, presentation, labelling and protection of geographical indications of spirit drinks-specifications of "Grappa" '; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of June 19, 2014, n. 6623, published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica italiana n. 148 of June 28, 2014, whereby it was extended until 1 January 2015 the entry into force of the obligation of bottling in national territory required by specifications of I.G. ' Grappa '; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of December 10, 2013, n. 15430, published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica italiana n. 303 of December 28, 2013, whereby it was extended until June 30, 2014 the entry into force of the obligation of bottling in national territory required by specifications of I.G. ' Grappa '; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of December 28, 2012, n. 18850, published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica italiana n. 10 of January 12, 2013, whereby it was extended until 1 January 2014 the entry into force of the obligation of bottling in national territory required by specifications of I.G. ' Grappa '; Having regard to the note February 20, 2014 by which the Directorate-General for agriculture and rural development of the European Commission notes that restrictions on the packaging of the final product must be duly substantiated, so the question concerning the obligation of filling on the national territory of the I.G. «Brandy» still open and needs further development; Seen an opportunity to defer the entry into force of the obligation of bottling of I.G. «Brandy» on the national territory;
Decrees: Art. 1 1. The time limit provided for in art. 2, paragraph 1, of the Ministerial Decree of 1 August 2011, as amended by ministerial decrees December 28, 2012, December 10, 2013 and June 19, 2014, is postponed until 1 July 2015. This measure is published in the official journal of the Italian Republic.
