The GUARANTOR having regard to law no December 31, 2009 196, as amended, laying down "law of public finance and accounting»; Having regard to act July 12, 2011, n. 112 laying ' institution of the guarantor authority for childhood and adolescence "; View the determination adopted by agreement by the President of the Senate and the President of the Chamber of Deputies, on November 29, 2011, with whom Dr. Vincenzo Spadafora was named owner of the guarantor authority for childhood and adolescence; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers, July 20, 2012 # 168 on «regulation on the Organization of the Office of the guarantor authority for childhood and adolescence, the venue, and handling charges, in accordance with art. 5, paragraph 2, of Act July 12, 2011, # 112» and, in particular, article. 12; Having regard to the draft law on the State budget for the fiscal year 2015 and the annual budget for the period 2015/2017-A.S. 1699; Having regard to the draft budget for the year 2015 proposed by the Coordinator of the Office of the guarantor authority for childhood and adolescence; Having regard to the favourable opinion by the Board of Auditors on December 15, 2014 on the draft budget of the authority the authority for childhood and adolescence for the year 2015;
Decreed: it approved the budget of the authority the authority for childhood and adolescence for the year 2015, as indicated by the text annexed to this Decree. These regulations, along with the estimated budget, will be submitted to the Presidents of the Chambers and will be forwarded, through the Secretary General of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, the Court of Auditors and to the Ministry of Justice for the publication in the official journal of the Italian Republic.
