April 8, 2010, 17 of Legislative Decree No 61 concerning the protection consortia for protected designations of origin and geographical indications; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of December 16, 2010 laying down rules concerning the establishment and recognition of associations of protection of geographical indications and designations of origin of wines; Having regard to the request submitted by the Consorzio di tutela vini di Cagliari February 8, 2013, with registered office in Cagliari, largo Carlo Felice # 72, c/o Chamber of Commerce Cagliari, which is intended to gain recognition in accordance with art. 17, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree No 61/2010 and the appointment as per paragraph 1 and 4 of article. 17 for the DOC ' Ride ' di Cagliari "," Nuragus di Cagliari» «Nasco di Cagliari» and «Cagliari»; Given that the Consortium wines of Cagliari has proven reliability ' referred to in paragraph 1 and 4 of Legislative Decree No 61/2010 for DOC ' Giro ' Nuragus di Cagliari Cagliari», «», «Nasco di Cagliari» and has, however, proven reliability for DOC «Cagliari»; Having regard to the Decree of November 13, 2014 embodying the recognition of the Consorzio di tutela vini di Cagliari and the allocation of the position to perform the functions of protection, promotion, enhancement, consumer information and general care of interests under art. 17, paragraph 1 and 4, of legislative decree April 8, 2010, # 61, DOC ' Giro ' Nuragus di Cagliari Cagliari», «», «Nasco di Cagliari»; Having regard to the request submitted on December 3, 2014 by which the Consorzio di tutela vini di Cagliari again claimed the recognition of the Office to carry out the functions referred to in art. 17, paragraph 1 and 4, of Legislative Decree No. 61/2010 for the DOC «Cagliari»; Given that the Consortium wines of Cagliari has proven reliability ' referred to in paragraph 1 and 4 of legislative decree April 8, 2010 # 61 for the DOC «Cagliari». This verification was performed on the basis of certificates issued by the inspection body, Valoritalia S.r.l., with note prot. # 170/14/C of December 22, 2014, authorized to carry out the activity on the designation ' Cagliari '; Was therefore considered necessary to proceed to the appointment of the Consorzio di tutela vini di Cagliari to perform the functions of protection, promotion, enhancement, consumer information and general care of interests under art. 17, paragraph 1 and 4, of Legislative Decree No 61/2010 for the DOC «Cagliari»;
Decrees: Art. 1 1. The Consortium wines of Cagliari, with registered office in Cagliari, largo Carlo Felice n. 72, c/o Chamber of Commerce Cagliari, recognized by Decree of November 13, 2014, is mandated to carry out the functions referred to in paragraph 1 and 4 of art. 17 of legislative decree April 8, 2010, # 61 for the DOC «Cagliari», registered in the register of protected designations of origin and protected geographical indications of wines referred to in art. 104 of Reg. (EC) no 1308/2013.
