Please be advised that by Decree of the Minister of the Interior dated December 9, 2014 have been approved the formulas for the drawing up of civil status documents relating to compliance matters relating to separation, termination of civil effects and dissolution of marriage, and to review the conditions of separation or divorce, under articles 6 and 12 of the law November 10, 2014 , # 162 of conversion of Decree Law No 132 September 12, 2014.
