The GENERAL MANAGER for libraries, cultural institutes and copyright having regard to the legislative decree October 20, 1998, # 368 and subsequent modifications; Having regard to the Legislative Decree March 30, 2001, n. 165 as amended; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers No 171 August 29, 2014; Having regard to the ministerial order of November 27, 2014, pending in the Court of Auditors concerning the joint managerial Office of the General level of the Ministry of heritage and cultural activities and tourism; Having regard to law No 106 April 15, 2004 on "rules for legal deposit of cultural documents intended for public use; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Republic May 3, 2006, # 252 on the "regulation on grandmothers on legal deposit of cultural documents intended for public use; Given that the bibliographic material received for legal deposit at two central national Libraries under nomiativa above also includes documents that are not congruent with respect in order to preserve the memory of culture and Italian social life under art. 1 of the Law 106/2004; Having regard to the Decree of the Director General March 24, 2014 # 215 with which the Working Group has been set up with the task of identifying the bibliographic material received for legal deposit susceptible to scrap; Given the findings which it is received by the above-mentioned working group at its meeting of December 2, 2014;
Decrees: Art. 1 for the purposes of the national archives of publishing under art. 1 April 15, 2004, law n. 106 are considered non-relevant documents types: a) incomplete or unfinished material (i.e. pieces of partwork, scomplete volumes; sticker album without figurines);
b) publications of interest limited to restricted circles of associates and the like, published in more languages (eg. publications of religious movements): he retains only the Italian Edition;
c) press agencies, generalist that both issues;
d) monographs or multimedia products received in more copies because distributed as an attachment over newspaper or magazine publications of the same editorial group (i.e. the same movie that is received as an attachment to both a newspaper and a weekly magazine of the same editorial group): If you keep only one copy;
e) periodicals published in more identical copies that differ for different types of attachments: only one copy of the magazine with all attachments;
f) maps and roads that have as their main purpose the dissemination of advertising information.
