The Ministry of economy and finance in consultation with the Ministry of DEFENCE Saw the Decree-Law September 12, 2014, n. 133 converted, with amendments, by law November 11, 2014, n. 164, and in particular art. 26 recante "urgent measures for the enhancement of public buildings unused '; See, in particular, paragraph 2 of art. 26 of the aforementioned decree law under which the Ministry of finance and the Agency of the State property, as well as the Ministry of defence, when the operations provided for by that article shall include buildings used by the Ministry of defence and not more useful to institutional purposes of the latter, making the first detection of property within 45 days after the date of entry into force of the law converting decree law; Considering they are excluded from the scope of art. 26 properties for which it received the request for transfer under art. 56-bis of Decree-Law June 21, 2013, n. 69, converted, with amendments, by law no August 9, 2013. 98, as well as those in respect of which the request for review is underway, which continues to apply discipline therein until the transfer of the property to the applicant or to his renunciation; Expected outcomes of the reconnaissance activities carried out by the Agency of the State Council and the Ministry of defence in respect of the same property in use and no longer needed to carry out the institutional purposes of the latter, which led to the identification of a first real estate portfolio whose characteristics are suitable to satisfy the purposes of exploitation provided for in art. 26; Decided to proceed with urgency the enactment of the measure referred to in paragraph 2 of article. 26;
Decrees: Art. 1 1. In accordance with art. 26, paragraph 2, of Decree-Law No 133 September 12, 2014 converted, with amendments, by law November 11, 2014, # 164, are identified in annex "A", which is an integral part of this Decree, the State-owned assets to current events are not used and annex "B", which is an integral part of this Decree, the State owned buildings in use at the Ministry of defence and not more useful for institutional purposes. 2. The property referred to in this Decree still in delivery to the Ministry of defence are relegated to the Agenzia del demanio within 60 days of the signing of this Decree, to be subject to the procedures set out in art. 26.
