The MINISTER of ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT having regard to act February 17, 1982, # 46, which established the Special Fund for technological innovation; Having regard to the decree-law June 22, 2012, n. 83, converted, with amendments, by law no August 7, 2012. 134 laying "urgent measures for the country's growth», and in particular art. 23, which States that the Rotary Special Fund under art. 14 February 17, 1982, law No. 46, established in the Ministry of economic development, took the name of the ' Fund for sustainable growth '; Having regard to the Decree of the Minister of economic development, in consultation with the Minister of economy and finance, March 8, 2013, published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica italiana n. 113 of May 16, 2013, by which, in accordance with art. 23, paragraph 3, of that Decree-Law No 83 of 2012, priorities have been identified, the shapes and the maximum aid intensity granted under the Fund for sustainable growth; See, in particular, article. 15 March 8, 2013 Decree, which provides that the interventions of the Fund for sustainable growth are implemented with notices or directives of the Minister of economic development, which identify, among other things, the amount of resources available, the access requirements of beneficiaries, the conditions of admissibility of the programmes and/or projects, the eligible expenditure, the shape and the intensity of incentives as well as the terms and procedure for submission of applications, the criteria for evaluation of programmes or projects, and the procedure for the grant and aid delivery; Having regard to the Decree-Law October 18, 2012, n. 179, converted, with amendments, by law no December 17, 2012. 221 concerning "further urgent measures for the country's growth '; Having regard to law no 241 August 7, 1990 and subsequent amendments and additions, that the rules on administrative procedure and the right of access to administrative documents; Having regard to the Legislative Decree March 31, 1998, n. 123 and subsequent amendments and additions, containing "provisions for the rationalization of public support to enterprises, in accordance with art. 4, paragraph 4, point c) of law March 15, 1997, # 59 '; Having regard to law no November 11, 2011. 180 laying down standards for the protection of freedom of enterprise. Status of enterprises '; Having regard to the Legislative Decree March 14, 2013, n. 33, establishing a "reorganisation of the discipline concerning the obligations of publicity, transparency and provision of information by public authorities '; Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of June 17, 2014, published in the official journal of the European Union L 187 of June 26, 2014, declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the common market in application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the functioning of the European Union; Having regard to annex # 1) (A), of the aforementioned Decree March 8, 2013, which lists the enabling technologies defined in the scope of the framework programme for research and innovation ' Horizon 2020 ' and, in particular, in paragraph 4, ' biotechnology '; Saw the program EuroTransBio (ETB), to which the Ministry of economic development is participating with other ministries and Government agencies to more countries and regions in Europe, with the aim of supporting the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in biotechnology in Europe, through transnational joint projects to specific calls for experimental development and industrial research presented by at least two SMEs from two different participating Countries; Taking into account the decision of the tenth joint announcement to launch transnational Consortium ETB on 1 St October 2014; Taking into account the availability of domestic resources amounting to 4 million from the Fund for sustainable growth;
Decrees: Art. 1 1. For the purposes of implementing transnational collaboration in biotechnology is launched a call for the selection of specific projects presented by companies, in collaboration with research organizations, associated with at least one company that is owned by another Country among those participating in the tenth transnational call Euro Trans Bio.
