THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY TRADE AND CRAFTS Given the Decree-Law of 5 June 1986. 233, ratified by Law 1> August 1986, n. 430, concerning urgent provisions on compulsory administrative liquidation of the company 'fiduciary and audit and transitional provisions on trust management bodies; Given the Ministerial Decree of 26 June 1989, published in the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic n. 149 of 28 June 1989, by which the company '' Italfin - Spa Italian investment trust ", with headquarters in Milan, and 'was placed in compulsory liquidation pursuant to Art. 1 of the aforementioned Decree-Law no. 233/1986, and it 'was named the college of liquidators, as amended by Ministerial Decree of 11 July 1989 (Official Gazette no. 170 of 22 July 1989); Given the Ministerial Decree of 20 July 1989 in which they were appointed members of the monitoring committee at the company '' Italfin - Spa Italian investment trust ", with headquarters in Milan, published in Official Gazette of the Italian Republic n. 180 of 3 August 1989; Given the judgment of 20 March 1990, by which the Court of Milan - Section failures, has declared a state of insolvency of the company '' Costa Paradiso Srl ", with headquarters in Milan, via M. Bandello n. 2, and the subjection '- pursuant to art. 2, paragraph 1, letter b) of Decree-Law no. 233/1986 - of the same to the compulsory administrative liquidation procedure; Considered that, pursuant to art. 2, paragraph 1, letter b), of the already 'mentioned decree-law, it is necessary to undergo compulsory liquidation the company' "Costa Paradiso Srl", based in Milan; In view of art. 2, paragraph 3, of the Decree-Law of 5 June 1986. 233, ratified by Law 1> August 1986, n. 430; Decrees: 1. The societa ' "Costa Paradiso Srl", with headquarters in Milan, via Bandello n. 21, constituted in Rome by deed notary Dr. Jemma Andrea, dated March 2, 1977, rep. n. 1312, entered in the register of companies in Rome at no. 222 671, volume 6055, file 21, and 'placed in compulsory liquidation. 2. In the above compulsory administrative liquidation procedure and 'headed by the college of liquidators of the company' 'Italfin Spa "in compulsory liquidation composed of: Curami prof. Gianni, born in Milan on June 19, 1933; Del Vecchio lawyer. Pasquale, born in Baselice (Benevento) on August 11, 1937 Ricci prof. Edward Favio, born in Genoa on July 8, 1936. 3. At the same procedure and 'responsible altresi' the compulsory administrative liquidation of the Monitoring Committee "Italfin - Italian investment trust Spa", composed of: Dr. Ortolani.
