THE RECTOR Given the Statute of the University 'of Milan, approved by Royal Decree of 4 November 1926, n. 2280, and amended by Royal Decree of 13 October 1927, n. 2233, as amended; Given the single text of the laws on higher education, approved by Royal Decree 31 August 1933, n. 1592, and subsequent amendments and updates; The Order of the President of the Republic March 10, 1982, n. 162; Given the Ministerial Decree of 30 April 1985 on the system of direct universities for special purposes for social workers, as per art. 3 of the aforementioned decree of the President of the Republic n. 162/1982; Having regard to Law 9 May 1989, n. 168, and in particular Articles 6 and 16; Having regard to the amendment of the Statutes proposal made by the authorities 'academic of this University', concerning the establishment of direct school for special purposes for social workers; It recognized the special needs' to approve the new proposed amendment, notwithstanding the three-year term of the last paragraph of art. 17 of the Consolidated 31 August 1933, n. 1592; Given the favorable opinion of the National University Council at its meeting of 20 September 1989; Decrees: The Statute of the University 'of Milan, approved and amended by the decrees mentioned in the introduction, and' further modified as follows. Art. 973, list of colleges with special purposes, and 'added the School of Social Work. After the art. 1094 are added the following new articles relating to the establishment of direct school for special purposes for social workers. direct school for special purposes for social workers Art. 1095. - E 'established direct school for special purposes for social workers at the Universita' degli Studi di Milano. The school has to order the training of social workers, suitable to operate in favor of individuals, groups and communities', to prevent and resolve situations of need. The school will issue a diploma in social work. Art. 1096. - The school lasts three years and not 'capable of abbreviations. According to the available facilities and equipment, school and 'able to accept the maximum number of members determined in thirty Terminators for each year of study, for a total of ninety students. Total group examinations: eight. 2) Basic Disciplines: private law, particularly with regard to family law (annual); public law, with particular regard to the organization of public administration (annual); political and social legislation (annual); politics and sociology of deviance (annual); sociology institutions (annual); social medicine and hygiene (annual); developmental psychology, with elements of psychopathology (two years with only one examination at the end of the biennium). Total group exams, seven. Total obligatory disciplines exams: fifteen. Art. 1099. - The are so 'spread over the years of course: 1 Year: social work principles and foundations of teaching materials; methods and techniques of social work I; private law, particularly with regard to family law; public law, with particular regard to the organization of public administration; Social medicine and hygiene; developmental psychology, with elements of psychopathology (first year). 2 Year: methods and techniques of social work II; planning, administration and delivery of social services I; developmental psychology, with elements of psychopathology (second year); sociology institutions; research applied to social servizo (first year); political and social legislation. 3 Year: methods and techniques of social service III; applied research in social work (second year); planning, administration and delivery of social services II; policy of social services; psychology and sociology of deviance. All mandatory fields are set up in the school and are not reimbursable. The optional subjects are as follows: 1) cultural anthropology; 2) sociology of the family; 3) Social statistics; 4) criminal law; 5) penitentiary law; 6) political economy; 7) mental health and psychiatry; 8) psychology of groups and institutions; 9) social psychology; 10) history of political institutions. The school will activate 'at least four optional subjects and the student he must' choose at least three.
