THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY TRADE AND CRAFTS Law View 23 November 1939, n. 1966 regulating the activities 'of companies' fiduciary and auditing; Given the Royal Decree 22 April 1940, n. 531, containing the rules for the implementation of this law; Given the Decree-Law of 5 June 1986. 233, converted with the Law of 1 August 1986. 430, concerning urgent provisions on compulsory administrative liquidation of the company 'fiduciary and audit and transitional provisions on trust management bodies; Given the inter-ministerial decree 27 May 1980, by which the company '' Gefital Srl ", based in Milan, and 'been authorized to attivita' trust under the Act 23 November 1939, n. 1966 and the Royal Decree of 22 April 1940, n. 531; Given the judgment n. 265/94 of 24 February 1994 by which the Milan court has recognized applicable to the company '' Gefital Srl ", based in Milan, already 'declared bankrupt by the court in its ruling of 18 November 1993, art. 3 of the Decree-Law no. 233/1986 and, therefore, the company '' Gefital Srl "qualifies for compulsory liquidation and no longer 'to failure; Therefore considered pursuant to art. 3, first and second paragraph, of the Decree-Law of 5 June 1986. 233, having to provide for the subjection of society ' "Gefital Srl", based in Milan, the compulsory liquidation; Decrees: 1. The societa 'trust "Gefital Srl", based in Milan, registered in the register of companies in Milan at no. 180359, registered in the companies register at the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Handicraft and Agriculture 5 April 1978 to the n. 982 309, and 'subject to the compulsory administrative liquidation procedure. 2.
